Flats 8300 Bethesda, MD This is a 9 story mixed use project consisting of 359 Class A apartments with a large amenity package, a central courtyard, a 50K sf Harris Teeter grocery store and 4 levels of below grade parking. Flats 170Odenton, MD Flats 170 consists of 369 unit garden style high end apartment complex. Constitution Square Residential Building 2Washington, DC. This was the final phase for Constitution Square Residential Building adding 150 parking stalls over 3 below grade levels, 15K sf of loading dock space to create a 35K sf loading dock, 3K sf retail space and 203 apartments completing the projects with 648 apartments.
