I currently serve as a Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (TLLM, formerly known as Army Capability Manager (ACM)) for Space and High Altitude, with a focus on Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR). I oversee the analysis, development, and integration of multiple NAVWAR programmatic efforts. I collaborate with materiel development (MATDEV) and Research and Development (R&D) organizations, cross-functional team leads, emerging NAVWAR technology / industry stakeholders, and Army end-users to ensure critical NAVWAR equities are codified across various concepts, experimentation, and ACIDS/JCIDS efforts.

One of the few constants in the world of cybersecurity and electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) threats is change. New methods and technologies are constantly emerging and those who threaten cybersecurity are constantly changing the way they try to access information. This requires someone who is able to keep pace with new tech developments, assess capabilities, and understand how it will integrate with operations. The constantly changing landscape of cybersecurity has always been an interest of mine. My role in the US Army as an Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Technician has always required that I maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies and threats and I have continued to pursue both formal education, obtaining both my master’s and bachelor’s degrees, as well as certification such as my CEH, SSCP and multiple CompTIA designations. I have been hooked on technology and focused on keeping current with the changes since I was a young man. In the Army, my specialization in (EW) gave me insight into finding ways to protect the security of information and personnel - while denying the same to our adversaries. In fact, I was involved in several projects that brought new secure communication capabilities and lowered the digital footprint of our employees operating in the field.
