As the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Fayette Electric Cooperative, Inc.(FEC), I serve as the top executive responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of the cooperative. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, I oversee all facets of the organization including finance, operations, member services, engineering, human resources, safety, and regulatory compliance. My primary focus is ensuring reliable electric service to our member-owners, maintaining the cooperative’s financial health, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with FEC’s mission, values, and long-term goals.I lead a team of dedicated professionals and work collaboratively with the Board to develop and implement strategic plans, advocate for sound energy policies, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including power suppliers, legislators, regulators, and the local community. I also act as the public face of the cooperative, representing FEC at industry events and within the service territory.
