I love inspiring diverse teams to bring out their best.I am the inventor of the self-learning knowledge base and was on the original team to grow a company past IPO into a $1.5b acquisition. I discovered and led the $34m acquisition and integration of a company. I have started and run multiple successful businesses, including managing P&L and payroll.I have led teams in product management, software development, business strategy, technical consulting, legal consulting, consumer products, eCommerce, artificial intelligence, sharing economy, and large event organization.    Catt Lab Center For Advanced Transportation Technology Laboratory

   On the leadership team managing daily operations of multiple projects spanning software teams, IT, and UX/Design. The role requires equal parts of multiple large team management (multiple teams of 3-8 employees each), technical feasibility analysis and early architecture/design, and customer & project management.Leading multiple (10+) simultaneous SaaS projects in the transportation space from internal to multi-million dollar contracts with diverse government customers (from urban zones through county, state, and national) to complete within schedule, scope, and budget constraints, negotiating partnerships, identifying technical requirements, and architecting technical solutions. Handle hiring, employee reviews (my team and others), and oversight of significant projects such as moving five towers of business-critical servers with irreplacable data from one data center to another data center under budget and within planned outage times.Restructured teams to work in a more efficient Agile approach than their previous methods while mentoring employee development on communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
