I am leading Partner\'s suite of services for existing and new clients as they navigate through the commercial real estate acquisition and management process. In this role, I will work with clients to evaluate the physical condition (PCA) and environmental condition (ESA) of the real property, I am able to provide solutions to clients for a full-slate of services for the CRE process including PCA (both Equity- and Debt-level), ESA (ASTM and agency scopes), construction, energy consulting, zoning services, ALTA surveys, and property appraisal services. Partner is the leading provider of engineering, environmental, construction, energy, and valuation consulting for the commercial real estate industry. We help our clients manage risk, make smart investments, optimize asset performance, and win at their real estate investment strategies.
