It employees around 400 people and manages a budget of £2.3billion.Responsibilities:To provide broad generalist support to the whole organisation, with specific focus on the current re-organisation, and leading on a number of complex employee relations cases.Key Achievements• Providing significant input into the design and implementation of an organisation wide change programme, ensuring; processes are legally compliant, a full communication plan is in place and risks are identified and mitigated, coaching managers in change management• Managing several very complex ER cases involving; allegations of fraud, performance management of an employee with protected characteristics and conducting an internal investigation alongside a connected Police case• Lead for Vacancy control process; co-ordinating, reviewing and presenting business cases to Board for consideration• Lead for Voluntary Redundancy process; co-ordinating, reviewing and presenting applications to Board for consideration and agreeing settlement agreements for those that are approved
