Built by Shippers, For Shippers Under the name FreightPOP, Horizon built a shipping application from scratch. We are capitalizing on our long-term relationships with successful shippers and using their feedback to make sure we have a powerful, easy to use and quick to implement logistics platform. We are creating a community of shippers, willing to share best practices and shipping hacks, allowing us to build their ideas into a better shipping platform for all of us. Traditional TMS’s are built using old technology, made specifically for 3PL’s, freight forwarders, and carriers. They weren’t originally intended for shippers, but over time they were converted into a tool for shippers. Horizon isn’t converting anything.
