   Turned around a troubled time keeping upgrade project for ADM facilities located in Puerto Rico, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago. The project scope includes configuring and installing new time clocks which will utilize a third-party cloud solution for data capture and processing. As the fourth project manager assigned to the project, I quickly assessed the project current state and confirmed all issues, risks and blockers. Then initiated a recovery plan which included collaborating with the vendor project manager to develop the revised project timeline and to confirm all deliverables. Continue to monitor the recovery plan progress and to address any new risks or issues.
