I am a Fraud Risk Officer at Citi, where I oversee the fraud risk programs and capabilities for customer-facing digital offerings. I have more than 25 years of experience in risk and compliance management and controls, spanning across financial services, aerospace, and defense sectors. As a US Navy Veteran, I bring a unique perspective and skill set to the risk management field, combining strategic planning, operational excellence, and project leadership.My core competencies include establishing and applying operational risk policies, technology and tools, and governance processes to minimize losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks. I also support project management and coordinate with key stakeholders in the operations fraud teams to ensure appropriate business cases are in place.
