I have more than 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare and have held a variety of roles in facilities and support services operations as well as project management and Public-Private Partnerships (P3’s) since 2007. As Executive Director, I oversee all P3 hospitals in operations for Fraser Health and continue advising for many other hospitals in British Columbia procured and operating under both P3 and Design/Build models. I draw on a variety of experience and educational background to ensure that hospitals are operating efficiently, partnerships are operating effectively at all levels, and the service providers are meeting or exceeding agreed upon design and performance levels with the focus of meeting the clinical needs of our patients. I hold a Project Management Professional designation from the Project Management Institute, an Advanced Certificate in Project Management from UBC, Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University.
