Worked closely with seller account Tech, Legal and Seller Support stakeholders. ∙ Drove RP’s seller contact reduction goal, leading to elimination of 600K+ regrettable seller contacts. ∙ Worked with catalogue tech, Ops, Product and legal teams to design and implement secondary review for high sales products, protecting ~1.5M products from incorrect restriction. ∙ Supported the successful launch of 11 critical regulatory compliance initiatives in 2021 through developing and publishing all seller facing content.
