22 years of experience in relational management and marketing through work with churches, pastors and volunteer advocates. Results driven team player with successful history of meeting or exceeding stated objectives and goals. Consistent team leader in measured impact per event and/or in year-end goals. Extensive cross-cultural experience from leading over 25 vision/mission trips to 15 developing countries. Strong advocate for team unity, cross team/department collaboration, healthy organizational culture, and friendly competition. Ultimately, my heart is to help people, communities or organizations experience positive transformation in themselves or the world. Other hobbies and interests include family time, learning about or supporting restoration of native ecosystems, hiking, paddle boarding, rugby and travel.
