Collaborate with Research & Development department and internal technical resources to devise and develop data analysis and visualization tools for internal use and dissemination to coaching staff.• Salary Arbitration: Negotiated six arbitration cases totaling $21.1M in salaries, securing $475K in savings versus internal recommendations. Manage overall team arbitration strategy, achieving deals at or below recommended figures in all settlements and a 5-3 record in arbitration hearings over five years (23 total arbitration-eligible players). Coordinate research/briefing materials for all arbitration-eligible players. Represent club at arbitration sessions during GM Meetings.• Technology & Infrastructure: Managed $500K installation of team-exclusive Bullpen Hawk-Eye system, coordinating across vendors, contractors, IT, and Corporate Partnerships to ensure on-time delivery and operational readiness.
