Engagement culminated in sale to Washington DC-based MyEyeDoctor (portfolio company of Boston-Based Monitor Clipper Capital). Vehicle for TD principals to make minority capital investments as well as outright acquisitions. Selected investments listed minority investment in Parelio, a Michigan-based software company focused on delivery of applications to assist medical device companies in managing on-site inventory and billing processes. TD principals actively engaged in Board governance and management of business. Company sold to Arthrex (Naples-based medical device company) in August 2017.
