I currently serve as the Office Manager at RSM—the fifth largest accounting firm in the US—in Baltimore. For the past three years, I have directing the Location Services department, supporting 21 Accounting partners and an office of 270 employees. Before RSM, I worked for ACHP where I supported the Clinical Innovation and Marketplace Competitiveness teams. Prior to that, I worked for four years at Catholic University of America, where I was instrumental in supporting the Campus Ministry Director, keeping his calendar, scheduling campus programming throughout the university, coordinating office oversight, and monitoring 13 professional staff and 22 student minister expenditures. AT CUA, I also served the Director of Housing Services as an Administrative Assistant, supporting a professional staff of five, and supervising a student staff of six. In that capacity, I assisted with the financial and business services of the university, including budget material development, account monitoring, requisition development, database spreadsheet analysis, accounts payable reconciliation, and annual budget review. At the Department of Energy, I compiled, analyzed, and submitted confidential IT financial information for all the DOE departments and laboratories to the White House, which required patience, poise, and considerable attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
