Over 25 years experience from early stage drug discovery to product commercialization and business development. Product development to commercialization space requires both an good understanding of the technology behind the performance of the product, as well as the logistics of commercialization including manufacturing. I have extensive experience with early identification of bioactive targeted to specific applications, formulation development, both in house and through CROs, scale up and manufacturing. My focus has been on improving both the performance of these bioactive through formulation, but also in improving the efficiency of internal processes with the aim to shorten time lines as well as lower costs.
