   As Vice President, Sales Finance for Savvas Learning Company, I partner with the CFO and Head of Sales to make decisions on and implement: strategic plans, go-to-market strategies, organizational structure, 3rd party partnerships, compensation and other business decisions. A central focus is on improving efficiencies (structure, process, policy) and revenue/expense management (deal margins) that drive healthier margins for the business. I lead a group of finance professionals focused on partnering with, and providing support to, the Sales organization (RVPs, MGMs and AGMs). Responsibilities include: forecasting, proposal/deal analysis, revenue and expense management, improving efficiency and profitability, and ensuring compliance with policies/procedures. Other responsibilities include coaching, mentoring and career development for my team.
