Oversee end-to-end management of 20+ commercial kitchen facilities, leading all aspects of construction, renovations, operations, compliance, and budgeting. Provide strategic guidance across the full facility lifecycle, from site selection and lease negotiation to equipment procurement and capital project execution.Key Responsibilities- Lead new site development, including site assessments, lease negotiations, floor plans, permitting, contractor selection, and construction oversight- Manage CapEx projects and renovations, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, safety standards, and design specs- Conduct site visits to launch trades, track progress, and ensure efficient, compliant, and safe project execution- Oversee day-to-day maintenance of facilities, including HVAC, refrigeration, and major kitchen equipment- Negotiate and manage lease agreements, service contracts, and vendor relationships- Maintain accurate lease records and monitor key dates such as renewals, expirations, and rent escalations- Ensure all locations maintain current business licenses, health permits, fire/safety certifications, and airport compliance- Act as primary contact for inspections and regulatory agencies, resolving any compliance issues- Direct procurement and installation of kitchen infrastructure; implement preventive maintenance and service request systems- Collaborate cross-functionally with GMs, DMs, architects, engineers, and contractors to meet operational and project goals- Develop and manage annual facilities and CapEx budgets; monitor KPIs to optimize performance and control costs.
