Reporting to our Global Leader of Developer Azure Services Support, I deliver key projects and capabilities within the organisation to empower all our staff to deliver world class customer support experiences. A key priority is the creation and adoption of AI powered solutions within our support tooling eco-system, using retrieval augmented generative LLM solutions to rapidly share support knowledge across teams. Another key priority is guiding our teams in the adherence to policies and processes aligned with Microsoft\'s Secure Future Initiative.With a focus on digital transformation and change management, I act as a key stakeholder, advisor and innovator in relation to the tools and systems that underpin our end-to-end customer experience in support. Working as part of our support delivery leadership team, I act as an interface between program teams, engineering teams, infrastructure support teams, and our delivery teams.
