Responsible for owning the full cycle recruiting process, which encompasses sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying high volumes of entry level and experienced drivers in accordance with hiring guidelines and DOT Regulations. In addition to continuously developing a strong applicant pool, I regularly meet with Terminal and Dedicated Leaders to determine their hiring needs. My responsibilities also include maintaining key relationships with our educational partners by visiting and conducting recruiting presentations at commercial driving trade schools and community colleges, in addition to hosting hiring events. My position plays a critical part in ensuring the most qualified drivers are hired.
