I have never shied away from a challenging situation, whether it was project work, new technologies, or people. Many of these situations have resulted in building a better product and service or in mentoring an individual to provide greater contributions. I\'m experienced in.Net/C# development and am interested in using MVC or MVVM design patterns in addition to JavaScript and other current development technologies.I frequently initiate process improvements as we continuously expand and modernize our technical environment. I research new technologies that can increase our effectiveness and bring new business strengths and I optimize processes so we are more efficient in our work.As a Technical Project Manager, I work throughout the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to production support. I manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of projects, including estimates, scheduling, documentation, and resource management. I am also involved with tracking project status and managing any associated risks. In either an engineering or project management role, I enjoy the decision making process, whether its about a technical problem or an opportunity for the business. I like working through decisions from different perspectives so that I can step away from the direct issue. Once done, I\'m fully committed and ready to move forward.
