ServiceNow is the problem solvers platform for solving problems.Thirty+ years of experience in developing, deploying, and marketing IT products and solutions as well as delivering management consulting services to Department of Defense and private sector organizations. Practical and extensive experience in marketing, technical/product marketing, sales, sales support, solution architecture, solution development, solution delivery, project management, training development and delivery, and organizational change management. A problem solver at the core, with a unique ability, leveraging both business and technical acumen, to sit between the C-level executive and the hands-on, technical team to facilitate solution design, development, and deployment. Sometimes those solutions are business process centric. Sometimes those solutions are technology based. And sometimes those solutions are ultimately rooted in organizational change management, where the primary obstacle is corporate/cultural dysfunction. However, more times than not, the best solution for the customer is some combination of all three. Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of any organization typically necessitates a combination of both process and technology, but adoption of those solution components is rooted in the people. Passionate about the human element of any business challenge or opportunity, whether internal or external in a client’s organization or directorate.
