BVA was acquired by The Stable and Accenture so my role just expanded from below. Within this role all of my duties below were the same except I started to build and manage a large number of automations and collaboration platforms. One of the main things on which I know focus is optimizing teams through technology. I collaborate heavily with teams across the org to optimize their processes, automate tasks, and streamline both inter and intra team collaboration. Getting to come in, head the issues that people and teams are having, and come up with creative solutions that make everyone\'s job easier is such a rewarding experience.
