In support of a $50B mortgage acquisition effort, led the design and development of a new set of applications to support the onboarding on acquisition loans and tracking the associated collateral documents, resulting in the successful addition of over 100k loans to our servicing platform. • Introduced Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices within technology teams to support the successful rollout of business demands and resulting in positive flow in our work intake pipeline. • Guided the design and development of multiple.Net cloud hosted services decoupling business logic into microservices leading to enhanced stability and performance allowing the company to quickly scale from 100B in origination volume to over 300B in two years. • Researched and defined the scope for implementation of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) in our document ingestion process to automate the quality assurance of our closing documents through the audit process. Implementation of this technology will result in a 60% reduction in the number of loans needing audited.
