   In Elite, my role centers on deep troubleshooting, log analysis, root cause isolation, and cross-functional problem solving for escalations that require both technical precision and speed.Alongside support engineering, I design and build internal software that improves troubleshooting workflows, parser accuracy, data reduction, and AI-assisted analysis. Most recently, I developed Nexus Parser + AI Support, a plug-and-play log analysis platform built with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Pydantic. The platform parses large raw product logs into structured, schema-backed, AI-ready artifacts, reducing complex analysis workflows from hours to minutes. It supports Zoom Rooms on Windows and Android, Zoom Room Controllers, Zoom Desktop Client, Zoom Apps, Zoom Phone, Contact Center, and Zoom Meetings monitor logs.My work sits at the intersection of enterprise support, systems analysis, and software development, with a focus on building practical tools that make complex investigations faster, more consistent, and more scalable.
