About Doug Picatti
After graduating from Washington State University and launching a career in Sales Engineering, including companies like GE and Honeywell, I was asked to join my 90 year-old family business where I now serve as CEO. During my time in Seattle I found my passion in changing lives by starting non-profit organizations, serving on boards, and chairing organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America, Rotary, PBS and more. As a serial entrepreneur I’ve been an angel investor, started my own SaaS company, and now am the VP, People and Administrative Operations and am the talent recruiter for a fast growing Fortune 500 healthcare SaaS company.
