Previous experience includes in depth knowledge of textile manufacturing, Engineering in both textile and candle manufacturing. Knowledge of front and back of process from manufacturing thru distribution due to performing \"Good manufacturing practice\" audits and leading engineering improvements throughout Asia for 3 years, to the logistics portion from port to customer shipments from Distribution of textiles in the U.S. Knowledge of Environmental and Safety compliance through practical application in Candle processing and Distribution of textiles. Worked closely with OSHA ensuring compliance directives and penalty avoidance through training of associates and Senior Management. Hands on approach with associates to ensure continuous safety awareness throughout network. Worked closely with NY Corporate office associates, Retail store associates, and in 8 different Distribution Center associates throughout the US and Canada to ensure compliance with OSHA directives.
