I’m currently the Director of Operations for Walmart eCommerce in Greencastle, PA, where I lead a dynamic team driving large-scale fulfillment operations. With a career rooted in Supply Chain, I’ve had the privilege of working for industry leaders like Amazon, Chewy, MDI, and PepsiCo — gaining experience across a broad range of roles including Area Manager, Senior Ops Manager, Program Manager, HR Director, and Assistant General Manager.Over the years, I’ve helped launch multiple buildings, navigate complex challenges, and build high-performing teams. I thrive in solving hard problems and simplifying complexity — but more than anything, I believe in people. I lead with empathy, defend my teams fiercely, and put trust at the center of how we work.Early in my career, I failed miserably during a major launch — a moment that changed me. It taught me humility, resilience, and the non-negotiable value of preparation and support.
