   Develop and implement employee engagement and experience initiatives to understand the needs of 100% remote, hybrid, and various dislocated workforces and reduced employee turnover from 3.5% to 2%. Provide executive level reporting using Tableau and other data analytic tools from HRIS to increase C-Suite engagement in employee programs, recruiting, and compensation analysis. Closely partner with PMO and IT business verticals to strategically facilitate change management across organizations leading to reductions in project creep.
