In 2007, came to Dover Chemical after 8 years in DOT over the road & Hazmat Regulated Hazardous Waste Regulated over the road CDL bulk hazardous materials operations. Since 2007 assumed overall responsibilities of the bulk tanker, shipping, logistics & raw materials ordering along with other additional assigned responsibilities for any other evolving issues with arise quite often. 20 yrs Federal Law Enforcement experience previous to any of this truly carried over to logistics & regulatory insight!Involved in Supply Chain Management, Sales, Procurement, & Accounts payable support endeavors. Provide executive oversight for logistics, raw material, maintenance & other billed invoices for two plants in IN & OH which total multi-million dollars per year.Negotiate with vendors, railroad companies, repair companies & multiple logistic companies on a regular basis.Interface & negotiate with U.S. DOT/Canadian, Federal Railroad Administration, International Air Regulators & International Maritime Dangerous Goods regulators on any regulatory or other related issues. Manage multiple Microsoft tracking spreadsheets for projects, logistics, shipping, & OHSA/Regulatory endeavors regulary.Manage bulk tanker, van freight (truckload/LTL), ISOs (bulk liquid) overseas containers, overseas freight containers (20\',40\' 53\'), and 50+ leased Hazmat chemical rail cars. Ohio site averages inbound/outbound chemical tank cars per year. Ensure current DOT, FRA, IMDG, ADR, IMDG, TDG, IATA & Home Land Security regulations compliance. Direct the preventative maintenance (PM) programs for all mobile equipment, using various vendors. Trainer for railroad track mobile & semi truck spotter operators.Assigned special projects by executive management routinely outside normal duties when success is needed in order to benefit the company\'s goal of Continued Success!
