About Doug Mack

Retired at year end 2023 after a 33 year career that spanned from industrial to consulting to tech to retail. in B2B and B2C. and from Paris to New York to Silicon Valley. I am incredibly grateful to my mentors, teammates and investors who had my back as we built multiple terrific companies and brands together - and created a ton of customer and shareholder value. We had fun. and survived many twists and turns. along the way.I am currently a Board Director and Independent Director with both Aritzia and REI - each of which I elected to join as I believe (a) in their brands,(b) they make a positive impact on the world - and (c) in how deeply they value their customers and employees. Most importantly, I am proud to be associated with each company - it is truly an honor to serve.In this post-CEO chapter, I am enjoying having much more time for family, friends, hobbies (golf, pickleball, skiing) and investing in health. I am the proud owner of three holes-in-one in the last two years - including on the iconic Hole 7 at Pebble Beach.
