Handling the day to day transactions involved with a fast-growing organic grain processing and milling company. The certified organic products that are currently processed and milled are Dark Northern Spring Wheat Berries, Dark Northern Spring Wheat Flour (both sifted and unsifted), Durum Wheat Berries and Durum Wheat Semolina. The newest product will be oats, either flaked or steel-cut, that will be available to our customers. Most sales & distribution are in the local area but efforts are underway to roll out national sales in the very near future.
