Responsible P&L for 90+ stores Produce Sales• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, vendors, and store operations to maintain best possible service levels• Works with growers/shippers to negotiate best cost • Review weekly specific commodity sales to best maximize sales• Works with stores to resolve billing, quality, and short issues• Work with buying team to plan and execute monthly AD’s • Place orders, create PO’s, and own product until distributed to stores• Works with accounting on billing discrepancies • Work with merchandising team, store operations to plan and execute any promotional opportunities
