I’ve built high-performing teams, led large-scale programmes, and overseen transformation portfolios that balance innovation with governance, risk management, and value for money.Highlights include securing £10m+ in innovation funding to take AI-enabled systems from concept to operational deployment, and helping organisations modernise platforms under strict regulatory requirements.
