About Doug Kim

I founded and lead a multidisciplinary team focused on inclusion, customer-centricity, and rapid innovation in service of the new age of AI. As a Principal Design Manager, I serve as a multidisciplinary leader including product design, product research, content design, and program management, all held together by the values of inclusive design. Our flagship product is Copilot in Azure. It has so much potential to break down the doors of complex technology and make it more accessible in every sense of the word. I\'m incredibly proud of this work and the team that created it, and humbled by our customers\' reactions, and the future they illuminate. I\'m a firm believer that we\'re at an inflection point, where those of us designing AI experiences can make the difference in tilting this technology towards human good.I\'m an inclusive design leader, and I do that work with the full passion and conviction that all experiences would be exponentially better if they were just simpler to understand and considerate of people of all backgrounds and abilities. The practice of diversity, inclusion, and accessibility is part of my core, undeniable set of values. Technology should be in service to all humans, not just a select few.
