Since late 2013 I have been building a due diligence and ABL field exam business for Hilco Valuation Services,LLC the valuation and appraisal arm of Hilco Global serving the investor community including senior lenders, other lenders/creditors or those parties seeking 3rd party diligence in the pursuit of debt capital market solutions or other objectives. Service offerings are based on traditional and comprehensive asset based field examinations as well as transaction specific diligence. My experience in a wide variety of industries, special situations, company or deal sizes, as well as international experience is unique. We offer one stop shopping for a variety of valuation and diligence disciplines. We have performed work on large syndicated, cross border credits as well as middle market, single lender transactions.With a unique combination of field diligence, credit, lending, syndication and work out experience we bring a unique perspective to diligence services to our clients.
