About Doug Herr:I have 20+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Marketing, Management and field work. A significant portion of that has been in product development, launching multiple products at my various jobs with the three companies for which I have worked. Product development has involved not only identifying the product itself and walking it through its development, field trials and launch cycle but also market identification and developing the marketing support for it as well. My experience has been in a broad array of markets with particular focus on Energy and Steel markets.In my previous role, I was VP of Sales & Marketing for PT Tech. A major part of that role involved managing our direct sales team in the US and Europe, as well as our distribution base worldwide. My new role incorporates all I have learned on our products and markets and allows me to focus on new strategies to continue profitable growth. We work to provide our customers with best-in-class product solutions, support and service enabling their equipment to perform at peak performance and safety.

I am responsible for Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and Service in our organization. With my background across a wide swath of industries, my role is to guide us through what is next in the changing markets and new applications, existing & new customers and new solutions. My primary focus is on employee development and the strategic expansion of our existing product offerings.
