I currently manage multiple teams of engineers that work on a variety of projects utilizing a vast array of material types. My focus is on the team to help them reach their goals of timeliness, budgets, and most of all client relationships. Along with this I strive to help educate and mentor the teams as needed to help further their career growth and give them the skills needed to achieve their goals. In my roll I also act as Engineer of Record for several projects in multiple states and so project coordination and review are key for these projects that I stamp.
