Accountable for overall BASS provider experience by working in collaboration with partners in Credentialing, Billing, and Operations at BASS Medical Group. Main point of contact for provider reimbursement, contracting, and provider escalations ensuring that all issues and concerns are addressed and resolved. Point of contact for new BASS Medical Group divisions onboarding credentialing meeting, ensuring that all credentialing paperwork is executed in a timely manner. Responsible for providing education to the over 400 BASS Medical Group physicians and mid-levels regarding the ancillary services that BASS has to offer, such as the state-of-the-art BASS Cancer Center. Liaison between the Billing and Credentialing functions to ensure smooth communication is occurring both internally as well as to all of the practices.
