About Doug Grant
As the co-founder and CEO of Atlantic Fish Co, I am on a mission to fix our broken animal protein system by producing sustainable and nutritious seafood without harming the ocean or the environment. I have over 8 years of experience in product management, entrepreneurship, and agile methodologies, and I hold an MBA from Georgetown University and a Scrum Master certification.Before launching Atlantic Fish Co. in 2023, I led several innovative projects in different domains, such as healthcare, IT, and defense. I co-founded Hemeos, a blood stem cell donor registry that used a web-based application to match donors and patients. I also worked as a product owner at Freddie Mac, where I developed Optigo Happy, an inspection platform that leveraged mobile and video conferencing technology. Additionally, I was a product manager and business development lead at Booz Allen Hamilton. My background in Naval Aviation and military leadership also shaped my skills in strategy, operations, and risk management.
