As President of CEC, my primary responsibility is to help our people reach their God‑given potential while living out our purpose to Get Stuff Built Right. I am committed to delivering exceptional client experience by upholding the highest standards of quality and accountability across the organization. Central to this work is balancing strong present‑day performance with intentional leadership succession, which I pursue by cultivating a culture of apprenticeship and development. Prior to serving as President, I acted as Engineer of Record on a wide range of projects, including the Tulsa Inner‑Dispersal Loop Rehabilitation (south leg), the OSU Ferguson Family Dairy Center in Stillwater, the I‑44 and Lynn Lane Bridge Replacement in Tulsa, and the Creek Turnpike and Aspen Avenue Interchange in Broken Arrow.
