Along the way I\'ve worked across some of the most competitive categories in food and beverage, and I\'ve learned what separates brands that scale from brands that stall.What I love most is the inflection point — when a brand has real consumer momentum but hasn\'t yet cracked the commercial code at scale. That\'s where I do my best work.Outside of work, I\'m a follower of Christ and a proud father first — which means I\'ve mastered negotiating with people who have no interest in compromise and managing teams that don\'t always follow the game plan.
