As this position develops in this newly planted psychiatric hospital, the Program Director is the facilitator of the client experience from arrival on the unit to discharge. Guiding a team of Social Workers, Registered Nurses, Mental Health Technicians and Discharge Planners through a maze of obstacles all the while maintaining focused on providing the best patient care to those entrusted with our care. In July of 2024, I was move over to be the director of the outpatient services. Leading a group of professionals in caring for the needs of a wide range of individuals who are working to balance out their lives.
