About Doug Butcher
Doug Butcher joined CBRE in 2001, focusing his efforts on Industrial Advisory. Doug spends his time developing new accounts while maintaining existing accounts in the arenas of Landlord/Seller representation and Investment opportunities in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Doug has represented many National and Regional clients on numerous transactions. Doug is a graduate and member of both Leadership Kentucky and Leadership Louisville. Doug is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board for the National Safe Place Network. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater Louisville and has served on the National Board of Trustees for the ALS Association, the Board of Directors for the ALS Association of Kentucky, the Board of Directors for March of Dimes in Louisville, and the Kentucky Chapter for Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Doug was named as the Industrial Broker of the Year by the Kentucky Real Estate Alliance (KCREA) in 2016 and 2018. Doug was named to the Midwest Real Estate News Hall of Fame in 2014, and named a CoStar Power Broker in 2013, 2017, 2019 and 2021. Doug was named as a Business First 40 Under 40 Honoree in 2007.
