I effectively relate and communicate with co-workers and clients to gain an understanding of the workings at all levels within the company. Thus, enabling me to trouble shoot at all stages of the sales cycle creating a smooth process. When asked a question, I never say,\"that\'s not my job\". Whether it be proper delegation or making the decision, it is \"my job\" to ensure internal workings run smooth, accurate and efficient. I use my relationships with clients and their business associates to ensure continued growth and profitability.I mentor a team of hunters that bring in new business while maintaining and growing current business. Teaching them to analyze and promote the right products and programs through the correct sales channels generating maximum revenue. I am a reliable, motivated, and flexible self-starter focused on top results who also thrives in a team environment by demonstrating a willingness to follow directives and change to realize goals. I am a leader, able to influence, multi-task, and project manage by using strong judgment and problem-solving skills achieving short, medium, and long term goals.I challenge myself to strive to effectively overcome any obstacles that are presented. My interpersonal skills are excellent making interaction with all easy and enjoyable. I am consulted for input into the decision-making processes for my ability to see the large picture to provide realistic solutions.
