For more than three decades, I have been a trusted and respected professional in the financial industry, with a deep expertise in municipal bond research, trading, and portfolio management. I have successfully led and developed the Municipal Bond Team at Cavanal Hill Investment Management, a leading investment firm that offers customized strategies for taxable and tax-exempt investors. Prior to that I managed the municipal bond analyst team in the Dallas, Texas office for Moody\'s Investors Service.As a Certified Public Accountant and a holder of Series 52 and 65 licenses, I have a strong background in financial statement and credit analysis of municipal and commercial entities. I have also managed the financial analysis process, including the development of analysts and the resource management processes. Additionally, I have been a member of the Governmental Accounting Standards Advisory Council, where I have consulted with the Governmental Accounting Standards Board on technical issues and project priorities related to municipal debt issuers.
