Oversee implementation of workplace safety program, providing tools, training, and reporting. Noted for only one minor incident in over labor hours- Accountable for an operating budget of $120K per year for maintenance of facilities and capital equipment inventory including office, job site trailers, storage facility, warehouse, and fabrication shop, and fleet- Direct community and charitable outreach projects including buildout of CSU’s Industrial Science building in partnership with other mechanical contractors. Participated in other charitable efforts including Mount St. Vincent, Habitat for Humanity and other small residential construction projects- Recognized for tight control of project costs through effective recruiting and leading staff, efficient project management metrics and best practices, and off-site fabrication where possible, resulting in consistent profitability and significant margin growth
