With a Director-level position in IT leadership, I have honed my skills in managing and leading teams to success.I am a firm believer in the power of strong teams, and I have a passion for building and nurturing them. Over the course of my career, I have managed and developed high-performing teams in QA, support, and development, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills, tools, and resources they need to excel.My experience in QA team management has given me a deep understanding of the importance of quality in all aspects of software development. I have implemented processes and procedures to ensure that quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to release.In my role as a support team manager, I have focused on providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
