I deliver value to my clients through tax compliance and consulting services for a wide range of public, privately-held and family-owned companies, including multi-national companies, in various industries, including professional services, consumer products, technology/software, mining, direct-selling, manufacturing, real estate and industrial products. I advise public, private and closely held business clients in such areas as ASC 740 (Income Taxes), corporate and partnership taxation, family-owned business continuity and transition planning, 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, mergers and acquisitions, R&D tax credits, cost segregation studies, accounting methods, and federal, foreign and multi-state taxation.
