Doug moved from Pennsylvania to San Diego in the 90s and began his Real Estate career helping buyers and sellers with their Real Estate dreams. Working at national firms such as Coldwell Banker to local firms such as Sea Coast Exclusive Properties, Doug is now with eXp Realty with offices throughout the United States and 24 countries. Doug has the expertise in all areas of working with sellers & buyers to complete the transaction with full satisfaction for all parties. He has helped buyers and sellers that have relocated from all parts of the county, people that are up and downsizing, to large investment property sales and dealing with the nuances of buying and selling bank-owned properties. Working through good times and bad Doug has learned the ins and outs of Real Estate from negotiating the contract, physical inspections, loan processing and closing the transactions. Through his many years of Real Estate experience, Doug is able to, in most cases, negotiate any problems that might arise to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Doug has been an active member of the National and California Association of Realtors along with being a member in good standing of the North San Diego County Association of Realtors.
